Decoration of clean operating room: standard reference, material selection and supporting system

The clean operating room is a new operating room that controls the cleanliness through the positive pressure purified air flow, so as to achieve the standard of purification and sterility. Compared with the traditional operating room which relies on ultraviolet rays or drugs for indoor disinfection, it can maintain the high degree of cleanliness and purification of the indoor environment stably and permanently, and greatly reduce the postoperative infection rate. Therefore, since the establishment of the first biological clean operating room in Barton hospital, arobakki, USA, in 1966, the development and construction of clean operating room has been extremely rapid around the world. Japan has been popularized to the last level hospital, and China is also vigorously promoting and applying it. The construction or reconstruction of clean operating room has become a new hotspot in the construction of hospitals at all levels in China.

The specific requirements for the selection of materials for the decoration of the clean operating room can refer to gb5033-2002 technical code for building of hospital clean operating department. In particular, the high-level clean operating room has special requirements for indoor decoration, so that on the premise of meeting the functional requirements, it can reduce the dust and bacteria generated or accumulated due to materials and structures, which is crucial to prevent pollution and reduce the postoperative infection rate.

Key points of decoration of clean operating room:

1. The building decoration of the clean operation department shall follow the general principles of no dust generation, no dust accumulation, corrosion resistance, collision resistance, no cracking, moisture and mould resistance, easy cleaning, environmental protection and energy conservation, and meeting the fire protection requirements.

2. The floor in the clean operation Department can be made of practical and economical materials, and light color is appropriate.

3. The walls and ceilings of class I and II operating rooms in the clean operating department can be assembled in a standardized and serialized integrated manner produced by the factory; Ceramic tiles or coatings can also be used for the walls of grade III and IV operating rooms; Radiation protection shall be provided according to the needs of the room.

4. The gaps between the enclosure structures of the clean operating room and the gaps formed by fixing and crossing on the enclosure structure shall be sealed.

5. The skirting at the lower part of the inner wall of the clean operation department shall not protrude from the wall; The internal corner at the junction of the skirting and the ground shall be rounded with R ≥ 30mm. The internal corners at the junction of other walls should be made into small rounded corners.

6. The internal wall corner of the clean operation Department and the external corner of the vertical side of the door should be rounded. Anti collision plates shall be set on the walls at both sides of the channel and at the corners.

7. Wood and gypsum shall not be used for exposed materials in the clean operating room that are in direct contact with indoor air.

8. If there is an equipment floor in the newly-built clean operation Department, there shall be enough operation space for the installation and maintenance of equipment and pipes in the floor. The net height under the beam of the equipment floor shall not be less than 2.2M, and simple decoration shall be carried out; The ground and wall shall be flat and wear-resistant, and the ground shall be treated with waterproof and drainage; Water retaining and waterproof measures shall be taken around the reserved openings passing through the floor. The top and wall shall be painted. The floor of the room directly located on the upper floor of the operating room with water shall be waterproof.

9. The decorative materials used in the clean operation department shall be tasteless and non-toxic, and shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for indoor environmental pollution control of civil building engineering (GB50325).

10. The net height of the clean operating room should not be less than 2.7m. When the air supply device of the operating room is separated by the track, the clear height shall be determined according to the air flow overlapping principle in article 8.2.2 of this specification.

11. The clear width of the door of the clean operating room for the operation vehicle shall not be less than 1.4m. When the electric suspended automatic door is adopted, it shall have automatic delay closing and anti-collision functions, and shall have manual functions. The doors in other clean areas are opened in the direction of high static pressure, except that the swing door and safety door from the clean area to the non clean area are opened outward.

12. Class III and IV clean auxiliary rooms can be provided with external windows, but they must be closed double glass windows or two windows that cannot be opened.

13 anti static measures shall be taken in the clean operating room. The surface resistance of all finishing materials in the clean operating room shall be between 106 Ω and 1010 Ω.

14. The sockets, switches, various cabinets and film viewing lamps that must be set in the clean operating room and the clean auxiliary room shall be embedded in the wall and shall not protrude from the wall.

15. There shall be no exposed pipelines in the clean operating room and the clean auxiliary room.

16. The ceiling and hanging parts of the clean operating room shall be firmly fixed. Manhole shall not be set on the ceiling of clean operating room. The manhole can be opened on the corridor of the clean area, and sealing measures shall be taken.

At present, the commonly used floor materials in the hospital operating room are PVC anti-static special materials, also known as PVC coiled materials, which are relatively durable, not easy to wear, easy to scrub, and relatively expensive. PVC composite plastic floors are widely used in hospital operating rooms and other public areas. What needs to be reminded is that different levels of operating rooms use different materials for the floor of hospital operating rooms. For example, anti-static, anti-bacterial, fire-resistant and wear-resistant rubber floors and pale yellow PVC floors can be used as the floor decoration materials of operating rooms of Grade 100 hospitals; The ground material of the operating room of the thousand and ten thousand level hospitals can be Beige terrazzo or artificial stone floor. However, it should be noted that no matter whether rubber floor, artificial stone floor or terrazzo floor is selected, the ground and the wall should be integrated and treated as R40 arc internal corner. In the decoration of the vertical laminar flow operating room, if the ground or trench return air is used, the block movable grille floor shall be used for the return air; Floor drains should not be set on the ground, otherwise measures should be taken to prevent indoor air pollution, such as setting high-level water sealed floor drains.
